The 2011 Commonwealth Bank Tournament of Champions is a singles-only tennis tournament that will be played on indoor hard courts. It is the third edition of the tournament and is part of the 2011 Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Tour. This event will be held in the Bali International Convention Centre.

5th Annual BALINALE 2011 International Film Festival
BALINALE International Film Festival was established in 2007 by Bali Taksu Indonesia Foundation, founded by Christine Hakim, Indonesia’s internationally recognized film actress and producer, and Deborah Gabinetti, director of Bali Film Center, the non-profit, non-government Indonesian registered charity organization provides an opportunity to invite foreign filmmakers to screen their films while experiencing Indonesia’s accommodating culture and diverse locations for possible film locations or story ideas.
BALINALE 2011 will host a special ASEAN Film Focus that aims to promote production in the region and expose the talented individuals behind the local film industry. The festival also gives Indonesian filmmakers an opportunity to present their work to a global audience while networking with international filmmakers.
Workshops and free seminars are an important part of the festival, a number of which offer Indonesian students and young filmmakers an opportunity to learn from established Indonesian and international professionals. World Mask Festival
Bali’s region of Buleleng will play host to the World Mask Festival to be held November 23-26, 2011. Home to its own unique mask tradition of the Wayang Wong centered in the village of Tejakula, 40 kilometers east of Buleleng’s capital of Singaraja, Buleleng has the backing of the International Mask Arts & Culture Organization (IMACO) in hosting the event expecting to attract 300 foreign participants representing 56 countries .
In anticipation of a gathering or world mask performers, the government is preparing the Gedung Budaya located near the former port of Buleleng at a cost of Rp. 3 billion (US$333,000) with work targeted to be completed by September.
Su-Hyun Kwan of IMACO, one of the founders of the World Mask Festival, visited Buleleng on Wednesday, March 9, 2011, to personally inspect the preparations for the November event. He told the press that Buleleng was a natural choice for the festival given Tejakula’s special connection with mask dancing.
